NOTE: Accessing the BIOS, both version F11 and version F33 report the correct motherboard model. (Note, previously all these software reported the motherboard model correctly) I launched a program I made myself using LibreHardwareMonitor's library and it too reports the motherboard as 'Unknown'. Trying to find the issue I found out that LibreHardwareMonitor too doesn't start, while it's predecessor, OpenHardwareMonitor starts and reports the motherboard as 'Unknown'. Yesterday I tried to open Gigabyte App Center and the same issue occurred, wouldn't even start. I did clean reinstalls of iCUE in both 3 and 4 version, issue persisted.
